Personal data protection principles

In accordance with the new Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679, on the protection of natural persons in processing personal data and the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment and supplementation of certain laws, as amended, new rules for processing personal data will take effect from 25.05.2018.

Purpose of personal data processing

Your personal data in the scope of the title, first name, last name, permanent/temporary residence, phone no. and email address are processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual obligations of “FA” from the purchase contract, including complaints and other related actions.

We process your personal data to the necessary extent, also for marketing purposes with existing clients based on the legitimate interest of “FA”, as the operator, and with new clients, if we have been given your voluntary consent. This consent, as well as sending marketing materials for existing clients, can be revoked at any time by sending an email through the contact form on this link or by writing to Faith ASAP, Košovská cesta 26, 971 01 Prievidza=Industrial district.

Processing time of your personal data

Brand “FA” stores your personal data only for the absolutely necessary time, after which they are disposed of under supervision. Your personal data are processed for the duration of the contractual relationship and are subsequently stored for the period determined by special legal regulations, e.g. by the Act of Archiving, the Act of Accounting and tax laws (usually 10 years). And If necessary, these periods are extended by general limitation periods (within possible legal proceedings).

Persons who have access to your personal data

In order to be able to provide you with comprehensive and high-quality services by the “FA” brand, it is necessary that your personal data be provided to selected persons cooperating with “FA”. These are service companies for IT, law firms, responsible persons, tax and accounting companies, post offices, courier companies and other persons necessary for the proper operation of the “FA” brand. 

When choosing contractual partners, “FA” pays attention to their reliability. Personal data protection rules are always specified in the contract with the contractual partner.

Your rights

The new legislation enables you to use the following rights in connection with processing your personal data. You have the right to contact “FA” and request access to your personal data (confirmation if your personal data is being processed). You have the right to have information about the source of the personal data, information about how your personal data is processed, the right to deletion, correction, the right to object, the right to limit processing and the right to transfer your personal data to another person. If you deem it appropriate, you can also file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic.
